What about 2013 Keith? That was a glorious summer and thundery at times
too. We must have had over 30 beach and garden BBQs that summer and the
weather for every single one was warm and dry. And we ate dinner outside
most evenings too. It was the best summer since 2005.

Another summer like that one would be good.


July 18th 2013 we reached +29.8C in Haytor - awesome. Night min. only got
down to +13.7C as well, so a restless night in the warmth.
Mean max. was +22.9C 4.3 degrees above normal. What a month.
August was cooler at +20.3C but still above normal.
