The 0900-0900 reporting convention has thrown up a quirky anomaly here
today. The maximum temperature attributed to yesterday actually occurred
at 0900z today while the minimum temperature attributed to today
actually occurred at 0900z yesterday. This has occurred because of the
continuous rise in temperature from 0900z yesterday to 0900z today.
