RMK: A fine, crisp, sunny morning but with cirrus streaming
down from NW. There's 1cm of lying snow with about 80% cover.
Hard surfaces are clear.

0900z 27007kt 30km 3Cu010 05.2/03.6 1012
RMK: There was a brief slight snow shower around 0700z. The
cloud then mostly dispersed, including the cirrus. Cu has
started to bubble up during the past hour but the development
is much less vigorous than yesterday. There's no lying snow
left.
09-09z: Tx 8.1 (1125z) Tn -3.2 (0450z) RR 2.4
18-09z: Tg -5.2 00-24z: Sun 5.6
