I would agree about the charts, so much information conveyed in a few
seconds but perhaps not to all viewers. One problem with temperatures is
that few of the general public would know what is average or what that
feels like. A comparison with the present temperature might be more
useful and may be what is intended. However they should make that clear
and if the terms are specified I guess they should stick with them.
