Default [WR] Whistlefield, Saturday, 12.02.2005.

Only a couple of brief showers made it over the mountains to here this
afternoon.
On the whole it's been quite fair with a cool breeze. Not particularly windy
at any stage.
With the dew point now below zero, I'd expect any further showers here this
evening to be of a snowy disposition.
Alex.

Some very blustery showers this afternoon falling, at times, as sleet.
Snow lying above c.700 metres.

Nasty Nasty hail squalls here off and on during the day
Raw cold with very interesting gusts that were shaking the large steel

One "empty" wheelbarrow now half full of water.

Brrrrrrr - horrid - off to light the fire
