The radar picture is interesting, with some clearly defined "streaks"
running NW to SE across the Wales and the SW. Looks like parts of
Hampshire and Sussex are also getting some substantial precipitation,
unusually with the wind in this direction. (And the area round the Great
Glen seems to be getting a real pasting.)
