RMK: Cloud elements so close together and so regular, they
might almost be taken for Sc, but they're not. Wind very gusty
on this exposed hillside.
1600z NNW F4-5 30km 1Cu030 6Sc040 04.1/-02.5 1018.1
RMK: The merest trace of Cu now, and the Sc layer is thin and
getting thinner.
