Trying to get to sleep in my sweltering bedroom on Tuesday night, I

It’s very simple. Firstly have a cold shower and don't dry yourself off.
Lie on bed naked in a star shape. Blow a fan between legs and up and
over body. After about 15 mins, cut the fan to half power and just have
it blowing gently over your head.

I had quite a reasonable night sleep.
