I very much doubt that they'd take any action. Though they make the
contents of the newsgroups available, they don't have any responsibility
for those newsgroups. I'm not even clear what effective action they
/could/ take, short of refusing to disseminate usw at all. In any case,
are all of the "offenders" using Google Groups for their newsfeed, or
are some (like me) using different providers?
