It has always been said that one of the concequences of a warming planet
is more extremes, and here is a classic example, thanks for pointing
this one out as 'Summit' is one of those locations I follow and had
missed the record in July.


That does follow with the synop, although I don't get the Tx/Tn just the
dry bulb at 3 hourly intervals:
