RMK: Fog lifted into low cloud 0645z-0700z but it has
remained overcast since then. As a consequence, it's much
cooler than yesterday morning.

RMK: It remained cloudy till around 1200z. The cloud then
slowly broke and dispersed through the afternoon and we
ended up with long spells of strong sunshine. Very warm again
in the afternoon with a max temp of 22.7
