RMK: Shower started about 0840z and is coming to an end at 0900z.
Mostly slight but moderate for a couple of minutes. A
mixture of
large snowflakes and small snow pellets. Snow did not
settle.

Min (0900-0900): 0.8 at 0730z
Grass min (1800-0900): -2.2
Rain (0900-0900): 0.2 mm

RMK: Cu med. Some of the cloud looks close to producing showers.
No precipitation since 0900z

RMK: It has been a very fine afternoon with cloud amounts steadily
decreasing. I would describe it as a fresh day but not
cold. It
was certainly very pleasant when I was 'out and about' this
afternoon. Day max 6.6c at 1405z

RMK: Sc layer is very thin. The moon is shining brightly through and
some of the brighter stars can be seen through it.
Nevertheless
the cloud has caused the temperature to rise from 0.6 to
0.8
during the past 20 minutes.
