Surfwise September was generally excellent, and the forthcoming week looks an absolute classic, with deep lows locked in mid west Atlantic and offshore winds on the north coast. By the time the swells, generated largely 1,000 miles away, get here, it'll result in a long period, pretty big clean swell.

They've arrived - http://www.sennen-cove.com/index.htm . High tide, the beach has vanished, extreme surfers are out. The swell might not be that high, but the clean & long period nature, evident in the photos, makes them powerful. Height isn't everything.
