RMK: A raw morning. There doesn't appear to have been any
precipitation overnight.

RMK: Continuous snow since just before 0700z Initially it
was slight but it has been moderate at times during the
past hour. We're slap-bang in the middle of the Liverpool
Bay shower stream. Often, that produces continuous
precipitation here, as is the case today. There's 2cm
of lying snow. Up till a few minutes ago the road had only
a bit of slush on it but it's covering over now. It's
rapidly tuning into a winter wonderland out there.
