RMK: Fog persisted till about 1400 with vis mostly in the
range 200-500m. It then lifted into low cloud and, at the
same time, it started to drizzle. There's been slight rain
and drizzle ever since. It's been a very dull and gloomy
day with lights on indoors all day. Max temp 6.6 so far.
