RMK: Rain ceased around 0900. It was cloudy for the
remainder of the daylight hours. Dry for a while but then
there were spells of drizzle from late morning through
till mid-afternoon. The cloud broke around dusk. Another
very mild day with a max temp of 11.8 That's about 6 deg
above the average daily max for December but still not
challenging the peak values reached in December last year.
