Penzance - Still very windy.

LOL! I don't really want to open that can of worms. A severe weather warning
for snow over the Peak District was eventually issued at 1222 yesterday, valid
up to 2355 yesterday. Most of the snow actually fell between 0600 and 0800 this
morning. That's 6-8 hours after the warning expired. Over the past few days the
warnings have been worse than useless for this part of the country.
