Red sky at night
Red skies at night Angles delight as the engines of heaven hold everything tight.
One spin for us is all they need do to hold columns in motion that picture their view
The NA-EFS example sublime of ice storms in motion yet keep them in line
A saw from a prophet millennia ago, a comment in passing on what they don't know
An evening light from an engineer flashing a signal for a world with no seer
Until a light dawning from an approaching day glimpsed as a glimmer from so far away
It is no light for experts, it is still dark for you, you are stuck in the mud where your last petals blew
What sort of forecast is this wot I say there's a line of four Highs coming our way
But a strange line of Lows first that happened today.
To work this all out as I have told you before requires some attention, you need little more
And if you're a wet sheep the seeds you have sewn, leave you out in the cold you must stay there alone
Now I have told you off, I must play the good shepherd. A red sky at night is good for only one day's good weather. Weatherlore is useless if that is wht it amounts to. And a good shepherd is not much good if he thinks that one fine day will make him rich.
What is amounts to is a spate of cold weather and the likely onset of mating season for sheep. I am guessing at that, for I don't know all that much about the mating habits of sheep. Ask Dawlish or Col what makes them randy.
A frosty night like the ice-maker we are in for? or a series of sharp cold nights and bracing days that tend to come when high ice is seen?
Either way it would be an idea to get up earlier tomorrow and for the next few days to take a little more time getting to work. Luckily it is going to set in over the weekend, so for a few of us we get respite.
Let us hope that it is a short spell. As a rule of thumb it could reiterate about once a fortnight if not.
