Yep. From that site's data, it seems as if the wetter than average first
six months of 2016 in the Surrey area have been enough to compensate for
the drier than average last six months.
A pity the wetter and drier time periods aren't inverted*, so we get the
nice sunny settled weather when it is most useful, and it would bring
pleasant warmth.
