Having a shower of something like it here in Shrewsbury, 16.50. I'd
say it's (small) soft hail, looks a bit big for snow grains (and not
graupel either), solid but soft ppn, crushable, about 3mm across. Temp
a bit high for snow grains too. Looks snowy at first, in that it blows
around in the wind, but I'd go for hail.
