Autumn must have begun, as I found the first spider in the bathtub this
morning. That's definitely a seasonal thing. I suppose that when the
weather gets too chilly they crawl in from outside via the overflow
pipe.

Here in Surrey, August has certainly been very poor so far, but June was
good (if dry, warm and sunny equates to "good"), as was July prior to
the last week or so of the month.
