Earlier in the week on Radio 4, John Ketley and Francis Wilson had
some very
sensible and relevant things to say about the accuracy, content,
style,
purpose and overdramatisation of weather forecasts in the media and
elsewhere.

One of them - I *BELIEVE* Kettley - also said that Andrew Bond's
Metcheck had forecasted "the coldest winter since 1962/63"!:-o :-( :-(

(I think they mean TWO.:-p ;-) Brian's gonna hate me for that.:-o :-()
