RMK: snow (-SN) just a few flakes only (from 0850Z) - no effect on
vis/ground state, and as I type this up, it looks as if it has stopped.

RMK: a couple of passing showers of rain/snow in past 3 hours: only
minimal effect of visibility (say 40km down to 20km), and no effect on
hard surfaces. Definite veer of cloud-level wind now, from NNE at 09Z to
NE currently. Cu above a mix of precipitating and non-precipitating Cu:
