Default Wintry Showers along the north Cornish coast.
Generally just offshore, clearly visible on the Fistral archive webcam images

The temperature only rose above 0C at Newquay at around 09:00 (at St Mawgan that is) so they almost certainly contain snow. Just need a bit more north in the wind to bring them ashore.
