Does seem a better name, as it doesn't really dangle! I notice it gave a bit of snow in the Channel Islands

Very cold day for Scilly today, around 4C this afternoon. I think the best chance of snow in west Cornwall is during the showery F6-7 northerly forecast later tomorrow, rather than on the front itself in the morning. Time will tell. Actually gritting the roads here, which is a rarity. There was some ice around this morning, largely due to water draining off the fields.

Wintry showers still passing just off the north coast https://www.atlanticcottageholidays....m-sennen-cove/

Currently approx 3C in Penzance, and we've lost the sunshine..
