Does seem a better name, as it doesn't really dangle! I notice it gave a bit
of snow in the Channel Islands
Very cold day for Scilly today, around 4C this afternoon. I think the best
chance of snow in west Cornwall is during the showery F6-7 northerly forecast
later tomorrow, rather than on the front itself in the morning. Time will
tell.
Which is precisely what the MetO think. You not read their warning
issued yesterday?
Yes I have, but as it happens the forecast for Penzance has been showing the reverse all day, though they have recently cut back on the morning snow risk. Rain has consistently been shown for the afternoon showers. GFS, on the other hand, have been consistently been showing snow in the late aft/evening showers.
Ever thought of not being antagonistic for a change?
