If it is real then my guess would be the final decay stages of a polar
orbiting satellite re-entering the Earth's atmosphere. There are several
networks of them but nothing predicted or seen for 25th Feb.

Polar orbiters don't go over the poles so, unless one went off track, it
seems an unlikely prospect.
