It predicts a continuous freeze here for the next 10 days. If it
verified it would be a truly remarkable spell of weather. As far as I
know, it's based on the ECMWF operational run. Ensembles might paint a
very different picture.

Certainly a good freeze this evening. Currently -7.3° with the wind
gusting over 30 knots. Most certainly 'bitter'.


This site always errs on the cold side.
It even has snow for us on Saturday.
No other model predicts this.

I am told that it's based on the ECMWF charts, but I don't know if
that's correct.
