Not free but €10 per year shouldn't break the bank. Blocks most spam;
when I see any it's usually when some numpty has replied to a spammer
and quoted everything.

I'll second that one. Works a treat. Used it for some time now after it
was recommended on here.

I also use news.individual.net Works impeccably.
