One has to supect the Met office of perspicacity there being 4 Lows in the North Atlantic not counting the one north of Lapland. I wonder if Teresa Mayis requiring no warnings about this stuff, taking it that the the Met office as a branch of the DoD is getting its orders from GCHQ and the like.
Curiously the USA is also not speaking about this. I that to ensure future co-operation?
