RMK: Torrential rain from line convection on cold front
at 0735z. Max rate 35 mm/hr. About 8 mm fell in the
hour to 0800z. No strong gusts associated with the line
convection. Rainfall for the month to 0900z this
morning is 101.4 mm so we are already well ahead of the
average of 86.7 mm for the whole month.
Afternote: Sleet turned to moderate snow around 0930z
and at the time of typing this (1020z) the snow is
settling on all surfaces except the road. Current temp
is +1.2°.
