RMK: There's a slight frost on the grass. Hard
surfaces are mostly damp and ice-free. There's a
very slight cover of soft hail so there must have been
a shower fairly recently. I see that the webcams at
the Cat & Fiddle and Flash Bar are both showing a
slight snow cover.
