Yes, the same happened in Shropshire - RH has been around 30% from 1330z to 1630z, and dipped to 27% just after 1400z. I've seen RH this low in anticyclonic or light wind scenarios before - but haven't seen such low RH with a 15-knot breeze. Dew point values of -7 to -9, so particularly dry air.
