Brussels on Wednesday 15th July 2020

Cloudy at first, but breaking cloud and some sunshine from mid-morning onwards. Increasingly cloudy after midday, and very little sunshine in the afternoon. Overcast evening after a few spots of rain around 17.00 local time.. Rather cool with a light and variable wind.
