Mainly sunny until 1200Z despite the quite large areas of thin,
high based Ac. These medium layers quickly thickened since then
and rain began at 1405Z. The rain is barely wetting the ground.
Good visibility but well down on the 50km this morning.
RH 73%. Gentle SW'ly breeze. Max temp so far today 18.6
