1200z: 21013KT 20km Slight rain 7SC015 8SC025 12.9/11.9 QFF 1007.8 rising.
SYNOP: 11470 82113 10129 20119 40078 55008 60021 76162 885// 333 87615 88625=
Persistent slight rain. Stratus base started to lift after 1030z and has been clear of the hills since around 1100z. Visibility generally good, but fell to moderate at times before 1030z. Surface wind has veered SW F4.
