Cloudy at either end of the day with sunshine in the middle. Cu med
over the sea, a distant bank of Sc to the west, areas of thin As
mainly to the north, and extensive dense Ci. Excellent visibility
all around today, easing back into the very good category to the
west where there is a suspicion of distant precipitation.
RH 82%. Gentle NNW'ly breeze. Max temp so far today 5.4

There was some amazing hard rime until about 1330Z yesterday on
ground above 400 feet, covering gorse bushes, trees and fences
as a result of freezing fog, even though air temps were hovering
around -1C, not particularly low. Some of the rime extended up
to 25mm from the object to which it was attached.
