Very slight snow falling - no more than a few flakes in the breeze. Patchy stratus underneath extensive high-based stratocumulus. Visibility generally very good or excellent. Surface wind N-NNE F3 becoming F4 after 0100z. Minimum temperature so far is 0.6 (0644z).
