Intermittent slight snow stopped around 0740z - no accumulations. Snow lying on the south Shropshire hills down to about 900 FT AMSL. Caradoc and parts of the Shropshire hills covered in low cloud, including the Long Mynd. Extensive stratocumulus above. Very good visibility. Surface wind N F4.
