Mostly cloudy with sunny intervals. Slight sleet (10% snow content)
began at 1050Z when the temp was 2.4C but quickly turned to slight
rain by 1100Z and petered out altogether by 1130Z. Currently there
is a big hole in the cloud overhead and small gaps elsewhere. Good
visibility (under hill fog this morning) has improved to very good.
RH 83%. Moderate NE'ly breeze. Max temp so far today 4.9
