SYNOP: 41140 83405 10011 20009 40198 53007 75076 886// 333 84702 88705=
Intermittent slight precipitation, mainly rain and drizzle but also some short-lived snow. Extensive low cloud, with surrounding high ground obscured.. Poor or moderate visibility. Surface wind NNW-N F3-4 easing down to F2-3 after 1315z. Maximum temperature so far today is 1.2 (1149z).
