RMK: Moderate rain throughout the night has now
turned to sleet.

RMK: Since 0630z we've had sleet, then rain, then ice
pellets then back to sleet which has a rapidly increasing
snow content as the temperature starts to fall fairly
quickly. It has fallen from +1.2C at 0810z to +0.6C at
0910z.
09-09z: Tx +2.7 (1515z) Tn +0.7 (0119z) RR 28.3
15-09z: Tg +0.1 (0840z) 00-24z: Sun nil
