Slight rain on and off this morning, currently accompanied by drizzle. Cloudy, with medium layers thinned out dramatically in the past hour. Visibility generally very good, but has dropped to the top end of moderate recently in rain and drizzle. Surface wind WSW-W F2-3 increasing F4 since 0815z.
