RMK: Moderate rain throughout the night has now
turned to sleet.

RMK: Since 0630z we've had sleet, then rain, then ice
pellets then back to sleet which has a rapidly increasing
snow content as the temperature starts to fall fairly
quickly. It has fallen from +1.2C at 0810z to +0.6C at
0910z.

RMK: Sleet turned to snow just after 0900z and there's
been continuous slight snow till then. It's a very misty
day with fog from time to time. There's 1 cm of lying
snow. The temp has been slowly falling throughout
the morning. It was +0.8C at 0900, +0.3C at 1000,
+0.2C at 1100 and now +0.1C at 1200. At this rate,
the slush on untreated roads will soon start to freeze.
