RMK: Cold front went through at 1950z yesterday.
Mod/hvy rain yesterday evening turned to mod/hvy
snow just after 2100z. The snow died out in the early
hours of this morning. It's a cloudy, fresh morning
with 5 cm of lying snow.

RMK: Cloud breaks are developing allowing some
sunny intervals. There's 5 cm of lying snow and
untreated roads have icy stretches. The rainfall
event produced a total of 75.3 mm from Monday
afternoon until the early hours of Thursday
morning.
