0700z: 15003KT 30km 3SC030 7AC150 6.9/6.4 QFF 1010.7 rising.
SYNOP: 42680 71503 10069 20064 40107 53001 8357/ 333 83630 87365=
Persistent slight rain and drizzle Tuesday late afternoon and early evening, accompanied by fog at times as the cloud base lowered to the surface. Becoming drier with improved visibility by 2000z, but very low cloud and slight rain returned around 2300z, clearing around 0100z. Extensive low stratus, base touching the surface at times, lifted slightly during the evening, breaking for a time late evening, but returning before midnight before dispersing by 0100z. Medium layers above, thick at times. Poor visibility initially, improving to moderate or good mid evening, with a drop to moderate or poor late evening, becoming very good after 0100z. Surface wind SE F4 becoming S F2-3 after 1700z. Minimum temperature overnight was 3.9 (1919z).
