SYNOP: 42782 71205 10233 20100 40134 57009 81102 333 81856 87075=
Fine and very warm. Small amount of high-based shallow convective cloud. Cirrus has increased and thickened markedly over the past hour. Very good visibility. Surface wind E-S F2-3 with gusts to 16 knots. Maximum temperature so far today is 24.4 (1339z).
