A thought: If we had sunless days from now until Xmas we would still have
above average sunshine amounts for the year 2003. Pennine reservoirs are at
very low levels - if the rain does not come soon we will have drought
restrictions in place too. Fields were like dust bowls when I went for a
walk in the Aire Valley yesterday.
