Yes, at 23:55 on News 24 the presenter/forecaster said rain in the
South and especially the South West on Monday, pushing North across
Western areas by Tuesday and "some significant rain just about
possible" ... whatever that means!

There was a "moderate rain" symbol over Dorset on Tuesday and lots of
lighter rain symbols in the South and West. Hmmm...
