Certainly Bob Pritchard on Radio 5 this morni9ng didn't seem to think
that outside the south-west there would be any significant rainfall.

and the latest Bracknell surface charts position the front further south-west,
making rain more likely in SW England/S Wales but less likely in the SE where
the need is perhaps greater. I wonder if it will reach Cheltenham...?!? Some
people have commented how interestingthis setup would be in January - it would
be interesting in July too if we were waiting for thundery rain!
